What is your role in Bible Translation (or nature of your connection to WSA)? Tell us a bit about what you do

I support Bible Translation by teaching Missionary Children at Faith Academy in Manila Philippines. I am the First Grade teacher.  

What are some of your hobbies and interests?

When I am not teaching I love playing tennis, swimming and having coffee/tea with friends.

What is something you enjoy about being part of WSA and/or Bible Translation?

One of the biggest reasons why missionaries have to leave the field is because of the educational needs of their children. Bible Translation is a long, slow process and it takes years and years. But I love that I have had the opportunity to be part of so many different Bible translation projects around the Philippines because I have taught their children and this means that one day people will have the Word of God in their heart language.
