What is your background and experience? Tell us a bit about yourself
I am Marcelina Ngunza Neto, a Human Resource Manager, and currently studying Theology. I was born in Luanda province in Angola. I am from African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, where I am currently serving as a Prayer Coordinator and a Sunday School teacher.
What is your role in Bible Translation? Tell us a bit about what you'll be doing
As a Field Coordinator, my job is to manage logistics, travel arrangements, and project-related finances. I'll be responsible for processing reports from partners, providing reports for each project, sharing updates with relevant parties and providing input and guidance where needed.
What are some of your hobbies and interests?
I love music because it inspires me to have communion with God; music takes me to another dimension with Christ.
Tell us a bit about your family
I'm married to Francisco Gaspar Neto, and I'm a mother of a handsome boy. I am the first born of five girls, and my father is a pastor.
What is something you enjoy about being part of WSA and/or Bible Translation?
Knowing that through the translation of the Bible into the native language many people are being reached and saved. I rejoice to know that I am part of this work, and that Christ is being known to all nations and tribes.
