What is your role in Bible Translation (or nature of your connection to WSA)? Tell us a bit about what you do

I have been involved in Wycliffe SA since 2014 in various roles under the Media & Communications banner. I'm responsible for the production of various communications materials such as newsletters, flyers, and our project portfolio, as well as providing photography and design services. 

Tell us a bit about your family

I am the daughter of long-term Wycliffe members, Steve and Johanna Pillinger, so I grew up in the Bible Translation world. I have an older brother (Stephen) who lives in Glasgow and a best friend (Becky) I consider a sister living in Rwanda.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?

My biggest hobbies are art and photography. I also enjoy exploring new places, traveling, and I'm a lover of wildlife, nature, friends, cosy evenings at home, and cats.

What is something you enjoy about being part of WSA and/or Bible Translation?

I am so encouraged by the stories of transformation that I hear, and of how hungry people are for God's Word. I am privileged to be able to hear these impact stories and share them with all the others who are committed to building God's Kingdom.
