What is your role in Bible Translation (or nature of your connection to WSA)? Tell us a bit about what you do

As a member of Wycliffe South Africa I (Stephen) am seconded to Wycliffe Global Alliance. Together with my leadership team and staff, I provide leadership to the Wycliffe Global Alliance. Lezelle serves as a Social Welfare Worker/Counsellor at a special needs school. In her spare time, and where possible, she assists me in my role.

Tell us a bit about your family

Lezelle and I have two adult children.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?

We love the outdoors. We love gardening, camping, and especially being out in the veld. Lezelle has two parrots that also keep her company, and our german shepherd follows us like a shadow.

What is something you enjoy about being part of WSA and/or Bible Translation?

One of the many areas of enjoyment is to see each of our over 100 Alliance Organisations share their unique giftedness in the Bible translation movement. To see lives transformed through the ministry of Bible translation remains our greatest joy.
