Tarryn grew up in Bulawayo (Zimbabwe), where, after leaving school, she worked for a number of years in ministry, largely in the social concerns department. She moved to South Africa just over 10 years ago to work full time in missions and since has been a part of training, mentoring, going, debriefing and walking a journey with those involved or wanting to be involved in missions. She is also a full time mom. Tarryn loves to be creative, and enjoys the outdoors. 

Rolf, who is the director of 3D-Outreach, is born and bred in South Africa. He has a background in sales before he left the corporate world to go to Bible college and into full time missions. He founded 3D-Outreach to be a resource and support to missionaries on the field who often had many unmet needs. Rolf is married to Tarryn and they have two beautiful daughters. He loves to be in nature, enjoys braaing and a good cup of coffee. 

Tarryn and Rolf will be partnering with Wycliffe in the personnel department to assist with member care for both international and local missionaries. They have a passion for helping missionaries and many years missions experience in South Africa and across borders.
