God calls us in many different ways, and to many different things. We asked some of our Wycliffe family to share with us why they decided to get involved with the work of Bible Translation. This work involves many different people and skills, and is essential to know Christ more. "Throughout the years, I've seen how the Word of God has changed the lives of so many people, how it has transformed so many communities, through the work of Bible translation. And it's such a huge inspiration for me, to continue serving God in this way."

God's Word is "alive and active. Sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit" (Hebrews 4:12), constantly speaking into our lives. Over the Easter period we have been following the story of Jesus through Matthew, as he makes his way to the cross and then to ressurection! 40 days later, the Holy Spirit was poured out on the early Church. God is intimately involved in our lives, the source of salvation, "the initiator and perfector of our faith" (Hebrews 12:2), and He continues to be with us today.
